This policy explains how ROUNDS handles personal data when you visit wearounds.com, create an account or place an order. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

• Account information — your sign-in email and preferences such as saved sizes, saved addresses and favourites.
• Content you submit — product reviews, support messages, team or bulk-order enquiries and referral details.
• Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit on the site.

Why we use it

• To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To provide customer support and answer your enquiries.
• To run your account, loyalty points and referral rewards.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders.
• To improve the site and understand which pages and products people use.
• To send you marketing about ROUNDS, where you have asked us to or where the law otherwise allows it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the providers that help us run the shop:

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections and access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
