These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wearounds.com and any purchase you make from ROUNDS. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

ROUNDS sells medical scrubs and related apparel in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@wearounds.com or 0309 555 4000. Our registered business address is Unit 2046, St F9/2, National Police Foundation, Sector O-9, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, if it was listed at an incorrect price, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payment methods available at checkout include cash on delivery and bank transfer, plus any card or wallet options shown at the time of purchase.
• For cash on delivery, payment is due in full to the courier when your parcel arrives.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery estimates given at checkout or in the Help Center are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, public holidays and courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

We try to show colours, fabrics and measurements as accurately as we can, but screens vary and a small variation between the photograph and the garment you receive is normal. Sizing guidance in the Help Center is advisory.

Personalised items

Embroidered and otherwise personalised pieces are made to your specification. Please check spelling and placement carefully before you confirm — once production starts these items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we made an error.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and any one-time sign-in codes confidential, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to place fraudulent orders.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish our content, images or designs without written permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the site.

Intellectual property

The ROUNDS name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
